Tesla has been having plenty of trouble with "regular car that works in a regular way" so if you get in one of these you fully deserve it when it inevitably explodes catastrophically and you get turned into the stuff they put into Churus
It's #fossilfriday! Meet Cotylorhynchus, your sumo-shaped distant cousin from Permian Oklahoma and Texas! Huge body! Vegetarian habits! Teeny-tiny head!
Survival Verdict: MAYBE. You don't want to catch a bodyslam from this guy.

Iβm filling gaps in a gorgon femur ,this gap was so big it needed an epoxy shim sculpted. I knew Iβd need to put some attention into the seam between fossil and epoxy so I sculpted a teeny gorgon head out of my extra epoxy, which Iβm now grinding to extra material to fill hairline seams.
Raathshii - A matriarchal society. Isn't she lovely? She is revered, she picks the home, the men, and leads the hunts to provide. The birthrate of males to females of their kind is 12:1.
For every twelve leaves that grow a flower blooms.
I decided to sort all the branches in the wyldwood kit by size and paint all the foliage at once today. My god thereβs so damn many lol. Trying to keep the leaves that will be higher up or farther out more red and keeping the interior/lower leaves more green. #warhammer#ageofsigmar#minipainting
I gift you all this doodle I did a few years ago that's just been sitting on my computer.
Happy spooky season!!
(excuse the questionable skeletal anatomy, I did it without reference.)
Having feels about this pareiasaur Iβm prepping. Holding its hand while I prep out the rock thinking βitβs ok buddy, itβs ok, Iβm gonna pull you out of this mud. Iβm sorry itβs so lateβ
I took a second crack at an old piece and it came out much better the second time around. Designed as a 4 part screenprint if I should ever have those opportunities again. #art#tigers
Second watercolor course at ArtSpot Edmonds finished! It always goes by so fast, I feel like I've learned so much as a teacher. Good feeling. Looking forward to applying what I've learned
Hoplosuchus kayi, apex predator of the morrison, ate sauropodds alive by the regular, and is in serious need of a CT scanning and revision since it was described as a late-surviving aetosaur in 1926
discovered in a fun way too, here's an article by Riley Black www.smithsonianmag.com/science-natu...

Welp its finally happening lol. After living in seattle since 2011 and working two blocks from the space needle for a few years, I'm finally going up it. Spouse has been on top of it but not in it. We have family in town that wants to go, so, ccccombo breaker lol.
Its not a big deal but I have been opposed to paying money to go up an elevator to a restauraunt I cant eat at for years and its the typical tourist thing so I perhaps had the tiniest speck of pride in not having been, but, it was a good streak lol
Drexel University is choosing to shut down the countryβs oldest natural history museum, The Academy of Natural Sciences, for βfundingβ reasons (even though it costs .6% of their annual budget and they spent WAY more on ai nobody wants this year!) Go to save-the-academy.org to help.
Again, DO NOT let this go quietly. You can find out how you can keep the oldest Natural History Museum in the country open by visiting this link: save-the-academy.org
Do not let this go quietly to the whims of some AI bubble blowing corpo. Make noise, write your civil servants, make it as difficult as possible to ignore how important it is that we keep institutions like this museum open. #noai

If you're free this time tomorrow, you can join this free webinar to learn about prairie birds! And I did get confirmation-- it'll be recorded and put on YouTube afterward, if you want to view it that way instead!
Also, this foundation has really solid anti-AI policies for presenters that rock <3
