Hi protocol friends! I've been cooking up a Very Large PDS (vlpds) implementation capable of scaling up to billions of accounts and down to just one. It uses Object Storage as its only state, supports HA operation, live scaling up and down, is feature-complete with the reference PDS, and is FOSS.

Schrödinger's Run was a game I was working on not so long ago. I lost files and hope for working on it, but this remains. I made the PDA, KitOS, the inv/loot sys, it did have a map, artefact hunting. I cleaned up files on my PC weeks ago 😔 #GameDev #ProgrammerArt #ShrodingersBox

I don't think "mixels" look so bad (mixing pixel sizes in pixel art). I get from a purist perspective why its goofy but to my eye I kinda don't see the problem. Tell me why I'm wrong.

Are the anti AI crowd also against gamedevs using AI tools to write the code? Or is it just art they care about? 🤔 Like if someone were to not fully understand how to use vinterp and lerp nodes and line traces to make gameplay smoother and they used AI, is that a crime?

Only took like 2 hours to get everything working in postgres! One problem though is I originally set it up to use planetscale where you can't use real foreign keys (relationMode prisma). I can't easily change that without breaking my import scripts but maybe I'll figure it out...
