Me and the regular group who like my posts:

Today's addition to the collection! This issue puts me over 50% of the series. Just 4 more issues to go!

I turned my back on MLB when the canceled the World Series back in '95, but being a Uecker fan this is great!

No she doesn't

That fucker is going to fine Ichabod Crane, no matter what....

And here is GenX coming home for the day:

Give me 10 of your favorite Comic Book Artists to get to know you! (In no particular order): Sal Buscema Russ Heath Joe Maneely John Severin Jim Starlin George Pérez Joe Sinnott Mike Vosberg Bruce McCorkindale Kerry Callen

I had to put the home made BBQ sauce in something.....

The scene in Casablanca where Rick is telling Ilsa about the hill of beans: All the workers loading the plane in the background are little people.

Here there be wolves! (Showing off a page of my comic. Can't wait to have this colored and lettered!)

To Celebrate Joe Sinnott's Birthday: Here is my copy of Western Outlaw's #9 with the man inking his own pencils! I was also greeted with this little surprise when I bought the book online:

It isn't so much the publishing but the distribution that would eat the $25M

As a first gen GenX: Fuck this Noise, Batman

Interview with the Vampire for Tax Purposes

The last of my recent western buys! #1s of this series are hard to find in decent shape. Now just have to find #2 to complete this title:

Here is something for a timeline cleans! There has to be a Batman TV show narration for this story somewhere:

Second Phase of Western Pickups: This cover caught my eye online and decided I had to have it! Wish I knew who did the cover art. No sites seem to know:

How I arrived on Bluesky:

Today's mail call! It's been a couple of weeks since I found any books that caught my eye. These two are just the first batch...

It's exhausting for people to get mad at long time fans for being upset when our favorite characters get treated like shit. Lazy writers lure us in using these heroes and then cry when we don't like it. Why don't you make new characters instead?

This is how I flirt:

This guy is the reason Kris Kobach had to take remedial law courses. Vote Blue for Kansas AG

The Doctor is In! The cover for Doctor Eldritch #2 is here! Thanks to @brucemccorkindale.bsky.social for all his work on it! Can't wait to get the story for this one written! (though have to get the first issue published first)

"You're Undead, Jim"

Marvel gives Jack Kirby full credit for all his work:

That seat does not exist in Atlanta? Imagine that:

#Comics #Comicsky And what the hell is up with the .99 pricing on ebay nowdays? I mean I get where bidders are pushing to be the top dog, but BINs with .99 is just damn stupid.

A bunch of magats just keeled over from heart attacks and I am all here for it:

Lesbian Kiss

One of my finished pages from Doctor Eldritch #1. Don't see much of the good Doctor here but there is a distraction:

Yes I know issue #1 isn't finished yet, but I commissioned the issue #2 cover from @brucemccorkindale.bsky.social after seeing his recreation/muppet work! He patterned it after my favorite Jim Starlin/Howard Keltner artwork for Dr. Weird #1 Now I just have to write a story around it.

Time, Space, and Black Holes: Juxtaposing Hyperspace Physics as applied to Commerce (Kessel University)

I'm not sure on the rules for Naming a comic you have bought more than three times. Disclaimer: Never owned all three copies at once; Was running a comic store (sole proprietorship) Giant Size X-Men #1 Amazing Spider-Man #129 Incredible Hulk #181

BREAKING: The Rock-Afire Explosion will no longer be opening for Ed Sheeran:

@brucemccorkindale.bsky.social does such fantastic work! Here is his latest pieces, including a cover for my Doctor Eldritch book! (was going to be for issue 4 but will have to bump it to issue 2 now)

New comic game: A comic book title that was great, but the story wasn't all That: Bats,Cats, & Cadillacs (Repost with your own title)

Yay! My own Comic Book T-shirts! (Artwork by @kerrycallen.bsky.social - Logo by @droog811.bsky.social )

Posting a comic cover I love:

Felt energetic this morning so made some biscuits:

Hit the FreeState Comicon in Lawrence today and picked up a couple of books. Time well spent!

#TopShelfFriday #Comics #Comicbooks This is a recent purchase for me. A gamble that failed to pay off but they are still very nice copies!

Here is the interview that had to go to youtube because gopers are a bunch of crybabies. Repost the living fuck out of this:

I am avoiding the new Wolverine game for one reason and one reason only. I don't own a Playstation

@susanhillwig.bsky.social In case you haven't seen this: (if so, never mind) aiptcomics.com/2026/09/10/j...

Attempting my own self published book has made me greatly aware how much Letterers contribute to making of a good comic! So thank you @droog811.bsky.social and all the hard working Letterers out there!
