Considering the only reason that case was dropped was due to political pressure from Trump's allies and co-conspirators in a continuing conspiracy of the ongoing crime and conspiracy. which is to do the election fraud and cover up any evidence of it. That would suspend the statute of limitations.

I am glad the reporter raised the issue of the unfair disparity in accountability between the questioner and the witness. Schismidt is always threatening people with perjury charges, yet he gets away with lying himself. We need to amend the Speech and Debate Clause.
