The GOP has been told not to host in-person town halls—what are they so afraid of? Hearing from their own constituents? Meanwhile, leaders like Tim Walz are stepping up. He’s hosting a town hall in Iowa, not even in his own district, making sure Americans’ voices are heard.

Musk is actively working to discredit our movement. We raised legitimate concerns about the threat of SSA phone line cancellations—yet now they’re dismissing it as misinformation. This follows a clear pattern of deception.

I cannot tell you the horrors that nobody talked about and the lengths to which my family went to so I could be shielded from everything and anything. Still the green Fords kept disappearing people. And taking them from their own homes. Bloody scenes.

No they are not bc they don't want to listen. I remember as a child in Ecuador waking up to a nation with hundreds of Chileans that literally ran for their life with the clothes on their back. No money bc pinochet froze the banks. No proof of their education as doctors, lawyers, teachers, 1/

Chris D. Jackson@chrisdjackson.bsky.social

🚨 BREAKING: UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer vows to put "boots on the ground and planes in the air" to defend peace in Ukraine. They get it. Meanwhile, the U.S.—once the undisputed leader of the free world—watches from the sidelines. Stunning.

Goodbye MSNBC

Keith Boykin@keithboykin.bsky.social

MSNBC is canceling shows hosted by Jonathan Capehart, Ayman Mohyeldin, and Katie Phang. Capehart is a Black gay man, Mohyeldin is an Egyptian American Muslim, and Phang is Asian American. Looks like MSNBC leaked the news to the right-wing New York Post, owned by Rupert Murdoch.

The Trump administration and the Ukrainian government were nearing a deal Friday to hand Ukrainian mineral resources over to the United States in exchange for continued security assistance, potentially easing President Donald Trump’s days of attacks against the embattled country and its leadership.

Democratic leaders: I think it's abundantly clear at this point that simply going along to get along ain't gonna work. Trying to negotiate ain't gonna work. Being collegial ain't gonna work. What you're doing right now isn't working. Take your gloves off and punch back. Hard.

People are fleeing Florida and Texas. As of Jan. 2025, those states collectively accounted for over 30% of ALL homes for sale in the US. Florida had 157,221 active listings—the highest in the country—followed by Texas with 102,552. Repressive state governments and rising insurance are to blame.

That’s nothing. I found 13 contracts awarded to SpaceX since December totaling $77M. 1/

Just got a tip from a guy at the FAA. You'll never believe who is still getting new government contracts while all the contracts at the Department of Education and USAID and other agencies are being nuked from orbit.

This negotiation between the US and Russia, and cutting out Ukraine, is just like when Trump cut out Afghanistan and negotiated with Taliban. We see how that “good deal” turned out. Afghanistan was on Trump Every Trump deal fails

Politico helped Trump launder lies during the campaign and he’s been on a week-long rampage against them anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Mark Jacob@markjacob.bsky.social

This Politico story from last October shows how easy it is to launder lies through the press. It claimed Trump would ban anyone tied to Project 2025 from a job in a second Trump administration. “Clearly people working on Project 2025 are blacklisted,” said an unidentified Trump insider. 1/4🧵

There should be a restraining order preventing Musk & his DOGE minions access to our government agencies & data... until they are confirmed and/or lawsuits resolved...what is taking so long?

I honestly don’t think there is a single decent person in the Trump Administration including his girlfriend Elon Musk. Nor a decent Republican on Capitol Hill. All loyal to a sociopath who hates America.

Making sure I got this all right: - hire incompetent cabinet - release insurrectionists - send ICE agents into schools - threaten allies w/trade wars - try to get all fed workers to quit - cut off all funding for student loans and medical rsrch How does this lower the price of eggs?
