Worldwide there is enough wealth, food, and resources that nobody has to be poor, hungry, or homeless. The problem is that a small percentage of people are hoarding most of them so the rest of us get the scraps. I can’t imagine being so wealthy I can never spend it all yet doing no good with it.

Who pays for this propaganda? Which companies, how much, since when and using which PR and lobbying firms? I would be happy if this was common knowledge at everyone's fingertips.

Yeah because universal healthcare has crashed Sweden, Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands. You know, these countries that have been in the top 10 of best places to live for decades.

It's not just inefficient for careers - universal health systems are much cheaper due to scale. In the UK we get the whole NHS for less dosh per-capita than Americans pay in tax just for Medicare & Medicaid.

Universal healthcare would supercharge the economy because way more people would either start businesses or move to more productive jobs as they wouldn't be worried about losing healthcare. The US is prosperous *in spite* of lacking universal healthcare, not *because* of that lack.
