We can verify the daily physical status of a specific Seattle raccoon but apparently we're completely unable to determine whether a United States Senator is alive or dead.

Jimothy the racoon from Seattle keeps getting spotted

I just left the Everglades Immigrant Interment Camp. No, I’m not using their ridiculous name. It was a very tough to witness humans in those cages. Every Floridian should be ashamed that our taxpayer money is being used for this.

Ah, yes. The DEEP STATE. I'll ask around at our next meeting who swiped the files from Pam Bondi's desk after we address our magic weather machine maintenance.

I am laughing so hard at this idiocy that beer just came out of my nose.

Cities with sanctuary policies should stop letting the feds take advantage of their courthouses to make arrests of immigrants. That’s clear commandeering under the 10th amendment. The feds like it because prospective arrestees pass through the magnetometers. No requirement they land that hand.

Correct.

I did an event in DC & there was a party for donors etc after. Was talking to 2 ppl & I said "Things are so bad." They said "No this is how it is. Things swing one way, then another. It's normal." That's when I realized why Dems are toothless. They have no idea what this is. Frogs boiling in water.

Call your member of Congress and urge them to pass this bill. 🐈 🐕 🐈 🐕 🐈 🐕

Rep. Jamie Raskin@raskin.house.gov

Congress should pass the bipartisan BARK Act, my bill to save millions of pounds of perfectly good pet food from the trash and get it to the growing population of hungry shelter dogs and cats. We can do this. Let’s get it done.

Great line here: "Considered individually, defendants’ legal arguments are meritless. Considered in the aggregate, they are terrifying."

UPDATE: Following the Ninth Circuit administrative stay in the California National Guard case, CA filed its opposition to a stay pending appeal on Sunday — storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us... — and DOJ replied today — storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us... — with arguments set for Tuesday.

Boelter is apparently facing federal charges. Which opens to door to a presidential pardon if convicted (if not before). There should be a state prosecution here to make sure justice actually gets served (and so evidence re motive is not selectively presented to conform to predetermined narratives)

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

holy shit -- acting US attorney Thompson details that Boelter went to the homes of two other elected officials after shooting Hoffman but before going to Hortman's house. One cop encountered him at the third house but thought he was a police officer.
