Kimmel is back. Destruction of 1stA and authoritarian rule averted (for now). And it’s due to the power of we, the people. Same public protest that got Nixon out of office may succeed here too. Keep up the fight. #Reist.

Guys, I know you all still cling to conspiracy theories about Merrick Garland bc ... well, you watch too many TV lawyers who knew fuckall about the investigation. But this is a fact. A trial was scheduled to happen 3 years after Jan6, just like Bolsonaro got. Who killed it? John Roberts.

AOC: Whether it is a member of congress, whether it is the President to assume and assert and cast blame when the FBI has failed to even apprehend the assailant, is absolutely an irresponsible action.

Why did they cancel law enforcement press conferences and send Patel and Bongino to Utah? Did they catch someone and don’t like his motives? I feel a bit nuts even thinking this, but I don’t trust Patel or Bongino. I feel like they’re not gonna be honest with us about the shooter.

Moore: "The thing that gets me most about this is how deeply disrespectful this is to members of the National Guard who signed up for this job as I did when I deployed overseas & led paratroopers in combat where we signed up w/the expectation the commander in chief was actually taking it seriously"

Thank you, Your Honor, and way to go, Utah! The state’s Legislature will now be forced to quickly redraw its congressional districts after a judge ruled Monday that lawmakers had sidestepped voter-approved safeguards designed to prevent partisan gerrymandering.

Pritzker: Over the last four years, we have seen homicides drop in half. That’s something the President should pay attention to. I know he doesn’t read but I know he watches TV so perhaps if someone from Fox or Newsmax is here

Pritzker: This is not about fighting crime. This is about the President and his complicit lackey, Stephen Miller, searching for ways to lay the groundwork to circumvent our democracy, militarize our cities, and end elections.

Pritzker: To the members of the press who are assembled here today and listening across the country, I am asking for your courage to tell it like it is. This is not a time to pretend here that there are two sides to this story.
