Never once did the hospital administration apologize for the lack of staff and security. What happens is, we get asked "what could you have done differently". Hell, I've been let go because the hospital was afraid that the patient who assaulted me would sue them.

Dona quick Google Search for "Nurse Assaulted" and you will see page after page of RECENT news reports of nurses and staff being physically and sexually assaulted by patients and family members.
