Things you love to see: (1) Brodie Chapman heading to an Aussie team (2) Teams signing riders while they're on maternity leave. Excellent news from Liv Alula Jayco 👏

I just read Ezra's post on Instagram, it made me cry. Happy tears, in the weirdest way. Reading through what he's been through is obviously horrible, but the fact he's capable of writing about it and sharing is such a huge relief and such wonderful news ♥️

Tuesday is when UCI updates its rankings. Chart attached shows Top-30 men's teams. 🟦 = WorldTeam, 🟥=ProTeam. Below line is 19th place and theoretical relegation at the end of 2026-2028 cycle, long way to go but you can see Picnic-PostNL's troubles. Several teams clustered around 9-10k points.

Oh Paul, so hard on yourself 😭 Riding the longest race of his life and suffering and doubting his worthiness as a leader 💔

🇫🇷 Seixas makes brutal self-assessment after cramping at 🌈 Worlds 🗣️ “It’s shameful what I did today, cramping up like that. It’s a rookie mistake. I’ve never cramped up on a bike in my life. I’m disappointed in myself, but I deserve it.” 📰 www.domestiquecycling.com/en/news/its-... 📸 Cor Vos

German Eurosport (I am on my travels) just used the following phrase: "Tadej Pogačar will have been so pleased to see his teammate win, who, race after race, rips his arsehole out in the services of others."

Bling touched his helmet a bit like he thought he'd won...? I really hope it was more like 'dammit, again?' because if he didn't realise McNulty was there for some reason... 🫣

Matthews takes silver!!! MvdP bronze. #Montréal2026

The 'blow up the race early,' attack constantly, style of racing that Pogi has everyone doing now has completely blown up all of the favourites for this race, meanwhile the quiet man who sits in and bides his time is the one who looks like he's riding into rainbows.

After one of the best 100km or so of racing I've seen in a long time, I'm STILL going to end the day screaming in frustration at a chase group.

Group 2 syndrome strikes... McNulty's move looks more and more like a race-winning one.

When Roglic said he wasn’t expecting to do much today, it should have been a tip off😆 #Montreal #WorldChampionships #Procycling

As a Brit I would bloody love Onley to somehow pull this out of the bag but as a cycling fan who turned feral in 2020 my old wounds would be forever healed if it was Rogla. Yes, I'm just choosing to idealise here 🙃

This is why I love the French though they have such belief and are willing to throw it all away to win. It most likely won't work but they have conviction right, quelle romance! ALLEZ! 😍

Giving a rider like Leknessund, in the form we know he's in, an 8-minute gap... even in a race like this... is probably a bad idea.

This post is unavailable.

This race is blowing my mind a little bit. The possibilities: Seixas/Del Toro clash, MVDP smashes the whole race, Remco in the form of his life doing the double, and then there's Wout and Pidcock and Mads and Simmons and soooo many other possibilities. Hoping for a classic 🙏 Let's gooo 🌈

One person in the world wants/needs to watch Paris-Chauny today (me, I'm the one) - it's not on TNT and I can't find a livestream, anyone got a clue?

I spoke to Noemi Rüegg about life at EF, recovering from injury, her route into cycling and lots more - check it out 😊⤵️

Ganna is famous for pulling major negative splits, not that I'm saying he will definitely do it and far from suggesting he can beat Remco, but let's not panic shall we, he does have previous here 😅

PAUL don't make me make this face 😱🫣 Then Mikkel Bjerg literally making me yell 'AH!!' nearly colliding with that cone. Think of a girl's heart guys PLEASE 😅

What the... 🤯 Just turned on and saw he was solo with about 60km to go and was pretty shocked, and now I'm reading this. Madness!!!

This post is so lovely. The heartfelt words from Dorian Godon and the image that just so perfectly reflects his sentiment 🥹 Love this kind of support between teammates, and lifting each other up in sport, I am soft but I'm not sorry about it 🥰

If I've counted right, Picnic PostNL scored 239 UCI points over *all three grand tours* this year. To put that in context, Jasper Stuyven scored 240 for coming seventh in MSR all the way back in March. I know there's been some bad luck there, but that's simply unfathomable
