You think you're still in the United States & you're not. There the Constitution & the rule of law mattered. We're currently in Twitlerville where our rights are null & void until the American people revolt & remove this regime & return the rule of law to it's proper place in our society. It's time.

US Park Police now doing traffic stops in DC, and charged at me with a baton for filming closer than they liked
We know that the ACLU is littered with people like David Frum who have said nothing about Israel’s manipulation of Latin America and the disempowerment of native people. nationalpost.com/news/politic...
Addressing the legacy of colonization & historical injustices: Some Indigenous communities & scholars argue that the civil rights framework often employed by organizations like the ACLU doesn't fully account for the unique historical & ongoing injustices faced by Native Americans due to colonization
We warned you LA was just the beginning 4 blue cities. Now ask yourself why? The Atlantic called it back in June AND the GOP have given their ENTIRE “crush the Dems” plan. I have NO idea why ALL of us AREN’T in the streets AND striking nationally. DO NOT rely on the elections. It’ll B TOO LATE THEN!
And the masks! This, from a group who didn't want to wear masks. ICE expansion: the standards are 'relaxed'. bsky.app/profile/opsa... It's not real, but it is plausible. Less ICE / more immigration judges.
Unreleased ICE Candidate Evaluation. I am quietly convinced this is not real. @meidastouch.com @crooked.com @lincolnsquare.media @davidpakman.bsky.social @thebulwark.com
Yes, only Nazis and communists would object to the truth coming out. And how could we harm someone with our cell phones. We could not, even if we threw them. Note to the ACLU. The mandatory insurance slave belt laws are a violation of the 14th amendment. Get on the stick against them. $ is the reaso
That’s right, no matter the color of your skin bsky.app/profile/ally...

I notice one with beard and sunglasses trying hard to get into the mix.Big Men! All that to take down one little man. The 'PACK' mentality takes over and they are out for blood and offer feeble justification for it. "Resisting Arrest" We saw it in the South during the '60's. Hoses,Dogs Terror Blood!
Do you have any advice on what is a legal distance to film? I know cops love to say that if you're filming your interfering and they'll potentially arrest you. If they say to move back, how far are we legally required to move back? Cops will clearly try to move people away so they can't film clearly
When ever you see armed, masked people, on OUR Streets, you should immediately call the local police to report a possible kidnapping event, and start videoing all participants and their vehicles as evidence in case it's needed! Ask others around you to video and separate so you can't all be blocked!
That is true enough. But the law does require the person filming to be at a reasonable distance. This Arizona law says a reasonable distance is 25 feet. www.npr.org/2024/08/10/n...
