Ice blocked off a intersection. People got put ofntheir cars. Someone heard ice say" tear gas those with the phones who were recording" Ice started the riot

I was under the impression that the governors of the states was in charge of its National Guard. I vaguely remember hearing that the president asks the governors to use their states guard. If that’s not true now, when did it change? Or did the convicted felon just violate more laws?

I think some of the confusion i’ve seen is that some were reporting he invoked the insurrection act when calling up the CA guard, which based on your previous tweets would change things, but from what you and others have been reporting it sounds like the IA was not invoked, hence confusion.

Legality is of no consequence to a serial law breaker. What matters is the feasibility of protesters prevailing. They won’t, unless protesters join them in towns and cities in every state across the country. The best way to win is to dilute the effectiveness of Trumps response.
