The Constitution is a piece of paper. All it does is outlines the rules set out to govern our society. It is up to THE PEOPLE & the leaders WE CHOOSE to enforce those rules. If that isn't done it's not the Constitution that failed, its the people charged with following & enforcing it that failed.

The Constitution was written by slave owners who declared that all men were equal while denying women and people without real estate the right to vote. The Constitution isn't actually very good. Our checks and balances are not very good. We could do a lot better with a Constitution 2.0.

No I can't, The framers knew society would change, so they included Article V to allow explicit, formal amendments, you might try reading all of it.

The trump presidency has clearly demonstrated that your constitution is worthless, and that your checks and balances were always just a lie. The US has a massive, multi-generational, amount of work to do to actually have a working system. I don't think that the US realises how much work is needed.

The US Constitution is just words on a document written on parchment. It's up to "We the People" to make sure that those words mean something and are followed. Vote like your life depends on it because it does.

As I said before, all these documents are just paper with ink on them. They're not going to magically levitate and start firing lasers at anyone who goes against it. It comes down to people to make sure it is worth something. The current SCOTUS seems to prefer it to Charmin by the looks of things.
