the extent of my knowledge of deadlock, which is reportedly the latest biggest game by one of the biggest game companies in the world, is: 1. art of the characters fucking each other 2. screenshots of them saying dumb things this is how I want to interact with all games going forward

I mostly know Deadlock from a Bringus Studios video in which he manages to play Deadlock (albeit terribly) from Steam on a PS4 (and then, with slightly better results, on a PS4 Pro) hacked to run Linux.

This is how I've interacted with basically every multiplayer game for the last... uh... 20 years, actually. Like was there even a game called Overwatch or was it a collective pornographic hallucination? I literally cannot tell you, I have no evidence to the contrary.

There was a turn based strategy game in the 90s called Deadlock and that's what I always think of when people are talking about it. Just a wild unexpected resurgence.
