ICE's criminal investigation functions should be transfered to the FBI. It's detention and removal functions should be transferred to the Marshals Service and BOP, and should be limited to specific individuals in connection with criminal convictions. Everyone needs to re-apply for their jobs.

Let's say that 10% of cops have violent tendencies that may get displayed in their jobs via an overreaction on a traffic stop for example. In the case of those applying for ICE, it's probably > 50%. Add lack of training plus encouragement from the Trump administration to act.... NOT GOOD
