Good for them. tRump's Tariffs are illegal. They've always been illegal. Foreign countries aren't paying the fees, American Companies are. Then they're passing that cost onto shoppers. The more Companies sue tRump, the less power he has over elected officials.

So if Costco is successful in receiving a massive refund will that translate to reimbursement to Costco customers?

At least, according to trump, the money's just sitting there "on the tariff shelf" so they can load it into a sack and hand it over.

Now, now. Clarence simply forgot to report his outside income, his wife's income, his gifted luxury trips, the gifts of a home for his mother, the gift of education for his nephew, and more things than I care to think about. Who here hasn't forgotten to report income and gifts to the government?

Added to, the only legal ruling according to law and consitution is that the tariffs are illegal, but allowing the facade to continue for a other 9 months

I, too, would like a refund for the $237 in tariffs I have paid that were marked as such on an invoice. God knows how much more on top of that has been snuck into any given cost.

Costco has consistently come out on the right side of history. They would not back down on DEI policies and now they lead the fight against illegal tarrifs. COSTCO deserves your holiday dollars. Online and in person. Boycott other box stores backing this Regime. #costco

Just one of the million ways that Costco is easily the best big retailer on the planet.

If Costco (and let’s face it, ALL retailers) is passing the tariff costs on to their customers, and they most definitely are, wouldn’t that be their shoppers money? I’m all for the fight, but I don’t believe for 1 nano-second Costco is out $, considering record profits, nearly 10% more $ than 2024

Not to mention time can't be refunded. Packages are now delayed weeks at a time due to the extra processing.
