There is video circulating on social media of a group of ICE agents beating a man near 26th and Nicollet in south Minneapolis, then one of the ICE agents shoots the man while he's on the ground numerous times. A witness can be heard yelling that the victim is dead.

I heard the victim came out of a coffee shop brandishing a gun. Another excuse for ICE to keep terrorizing and murder. So sorry to hear about another killing.

I couldn't even count but they shot him several times while he was motionless on his back. Plus one drew his weapon and was using it to hit him on his head. Ask a real cop if this meets guidelines for unholstering/using a weapon (spoiler: fuck no).

It looked like 3, but certainly at least 2 ICE shooters. The guy beating him in the head is seen drawing after the first shots are fired. And the guy next to him is also firing. But those shots are after the man is already motionless. 😢

DHS is spinning the story that the victim was brandishing his gun and threatening to shoot the ICE thugs. The video clearly shows he was holding his phone and videoing the ICE thugs who ordered him to stop. They than tackled him to the ground, pistol whipped him and than shot him.

I reposted Dean Obidallah’s post of the video and it’s been flagged for “graphic content.” You can’t see the shooting but during the beating/restraining a gun goes off and they scatter like the criminals they are. If you need to shoot someone, then stand right there and “own it.”

He was filming them, had a license to carry and did not draw his gun. 8 agents threw him on the ground, kicked him and retrieved his gun. THEN they shot him 8 or 10 times. Reports now that they are detaining the witnesses. The guy was an ICU nurse with zero record.

If this is accurate, video with audio shows as many as seven ICE agents beating a person on the ground. A shot is fired. The person on the ground goes limp. The agents step away from the person on the ground. No one moves forward to assist shot person. Then video ends. Why did person stop recording?

Yup. A man who was filming ICE on his phone, was shoved down, beaten, pistol whipped and then shot multiple times while on the ground. Footage of one ICE terrorist emptying his gun into the guy AFTER he's already been shot and is down.
