US AG Blanche is using the U.S. Dept of JUSTICE to interfere in the election in CA, replete with threatening state/local election officials if they count ballots from voters the DOJ alleges cannot vote. This isn’t just Alaska.

They have avoided confusion on the ballot. The word incumbent avoids confusion.

It's the president's job to read over all ballots in all states to ensure there's nothing on it that might confuse voters? Seems like a stretch. Also, constitutional amendment and propositions on ballots are frequently worded in a confusing way, specifically to trick voters. Hello red-states!?
