The persecution of @repilhan.bsky.social just days before an election is vile and politically-motivated. I'm leading 175 House Democrats in denouncing this. When we retake power, we have to seriously look at how we can stop these abuses of power — starting with the power of the purse.

This deserves a fresh cup of ☕

NEW: US lawmakers say the Trump administration is breaking the law by withholding a secret court opinion about the surveillance of Americans, even as it presses Congress to renew America’s most sweeping surveillance program.

🇺🇸 Trump Jr. went hunting in Mongolia with Putin-linked Russian oligarch Umar Kremlev, the FT reports. They avoided photos together. The US Embassy spent $18,715 on hotels for a Secret Service visit during the same period – possibly to protect Trump Jr. on his private trip.

🇺🇸 Trump Jr.’s lavish Bahamas wedding was secretly bankrolled by Putin-linked Russian oligarch Umar Kremlev, ProPublica reports. His spokesman didn’t deny the payments, calling Kremlev a “personal friend of Don” but saying they have no business relationship.

Omg. He doesn't even get it. What a loser.

Trump is BIG MAD about Obama saying the White House now looks like Saddam opened a Cheesecake Factory: "He's not a smart guy. He's not smart at all ... for you to say it's a Cheesecake Factory, that just shows why you were a lousy president"

Yeah, this man should not be allowed to practice law, and any failure to take away his ability to practice law after all of this would be a part of the end of the rule of law in America.

Blanche on CBS says his suit against Alaska is "asking the court to step in where the Alaska Supreme Court didn't, which is to look at federal law and if necessary to allow a process for Alaska to decide who should be certified as the winner." (So, the voters won't get to decide. Got it.)

Gaslighting 101: The AG is literally calling us crazy for thinking Trump will use the levers of government power to overturn the results of an election, when he has a documented history of doing just that. That’s tyranny.

BASH: The worry is that we end up in a situation where President Trump tries to overturn the election and the result of that could be like what we saw after January 6-- BLANCHE: Stop it! You gotta stop it with that! That's crazy BASH: This is a president who has a history

Well, well, well…. An analysis of voter registration records reveals Republican operative Scott Presler had 3 out-of-state voters use his Pennsylvania address to vote in the 2024 election. This is what voter fraud looks like.

💯 VOTE 💯

If you early-voted what was your experience like? I just voted at a little library in suburban NY, where the elections are largely meaningless. Line was 15-20 minutes long, at 10 am on a Sunday. Poll worker told me, "We had over 1,200 people yesterday. It wasn't this busy for the general" in 2024

If you don’t know by now that Trump will abandon you, I don’t know what to tell you.

Before casting your ballot, review EVERY selection on the screen AND the paper ballot or record. If anything is wrong, stop and notify a poll official immediately. Take the time you need. Your vote matters.

Where TF to start on Ramaswamy's 'founding fathers' quote? 1. The term 'founding fathers' is a Republican fetishization. 2. They are *not* gods. 3. We don't owe them a fucking thing. 4. You presume heaven is a real. 5. If it's real, you don't know it's like. 6. Dude, you're going to Hell. ...

West Coast Florida voters FYI: Judge Drew Atkinson, 2nd District Court of Appeals, is up for merit retention. Be advised he is a member of the Federalist Society.

My brain cannot process this level of corruption. She was being paid $50 million to engineer a pardon from Trump *while working at the Justice Department* as a "Special Government Employee." And it worked. He got the pardon, and she got the money. www.nytimes.com/2026/10/20/u...

He got it not long after his daughter gave Ms. Habba, a lawyer close to President Trump, an extraordinarily lucrative job.

People's bodies was also topic my mom perseverated on with her dementia. Stuff she might've thought or noticed before, but would never have said out loud. It's a dementia thing. Trust me.

The president of the United States is mentally incapacitated. Why is this not every newspaper's scarehead today?? Blockbuster font, across multiple columns??

Trump: "I'm studying his body. I've never studied the body of a man before. It's not my thing. Nothing wrong with it, of course. But it's never been my thing. But I looked at his ass. I said, 'His ass, shit, it's like a pile of muscle.' Then I looked at his legs and I said, 'Man, his feet are big.'"
