Are these train cars still being built in Pittsburg CA?

Do you have enough cars on hand that – if demand warranted – you could run the entire system with 10-car trains? That was always the dream in the pre-pandemic overcrowding era.

I know that the third rail can’t support it but don’t you ever think about assembling all the cars into one giant megatrain

You are going to have 15 miles of train once all the deliveries are complete!

Eventually, they could save energy by not having to move the megatrain at all. People could just walk between train cars all the way from SFO to Antioch!
