Svelte v5 is what React should've been.

This is the concept of @vuejs.org, since day one. 😅 They even use proxies too since Vue 3.
svelte 5 is a banger, but people should be careful globalizing states willy-nilly just to share it. you get in situations where you have to do manual state updates / syncs that could be solved by giving the state a scope (declare in a component), where it goes away and reinits with whatever needs it
I believe that shadcn-svelte is pretty accessibility focused (they built an accessibility library called bits UI to power it). There's a big list of all the UI packages sorted by popularity here: www.sveltesociety.dev/packages?cat...
I'm working on next.melt-ui.com. Still doesn't have the amount of features React aria has, specially because it underwent a major refactor, but I love the DX.
headless accessible svelte libraries: bits-ui.com built on top of melt-ui.com
While we don’t have a direct react-aria equivalent, we do have www.radix-vue.com which actually will change their name soon, because they are planning to do some things differently from the original Radix. In a lot of other cases, Vue is mostly on par with React on most stuff.
