I'm so glad you got home safely. I would love to go to Canada someday. As a US citizen I am not ashamed of myself. I am ashamed of the fascist power grab that has happened here. Canada is far from broken! I'm in Mexico right now, I travel a lot and I've definitely noticed in the last year a great increase of people wearing Canada themed t-shirts, hats, even saw a maple leaf bikini today. We have so much to be proud of!

I felt embarrassed when I visited Vancouver earlier this year. I was so ashamed to admit that I’m American. ☹️. I spent some time apologizing to people and telling them I didn’t vote for the Orange Moron.
