The sarasa line should be quite easily available! (They have premium models but the ones I shouldn't be more than a couple of dollars) I think your opinion on pens is the more commonly held one tho! I assume I never quite graduated from pencils which is kind of the feel of the sarasa series 😂

I'd be intrigued to try some of these. Having previously focused my attention on <£20 pens, I'm very aware that nothing I've tried comes anywhere close to comparing with the Pilot G-Tec-C4, which is both very cheap and feels completely different to all the other pens I've tried.

I still have to go through all of my free company notebooks I've gotten from conferences and stuff before I start buying fancy paper hahahaha

I haven’t tried any of the items on the list you mentioned, but I do love collecting pens and diaries I use them to write notes and to-do lists (sometimes) Sometimes, I prefer the old-school method, while going digital 😀 btw, I loved your list — it sounds like fancy pens and pencils! 😀

Fountain pens are the standard for kids learning handwriting here in Austria, so I gave the LAMY Safari a try at the beginning of the year and I use it almost exclusively now for notetaking. Great picks!

Note to self, I have to improve my mobile blogging setup. I wrote this one on my phone while watching a k-drama on the couch because I was being lazy, but it was not the smoothest experience.

Do you, by any chance have a blog post about how you approach blogging? Setup, tools, processes, stack I've tried all sort of setups, but I always end up spending all my time on tooling and none at writing the article I originally wanted to write.

Good timing as I just started journaling yesterday! I think I'm still scarred by fountain pens since I had several disastrous accidents as a kid. Maybe one day I'll get over it... Thank you for sharing your recommendations!
