Tariffs are inflationary, tax cuts are inflationary, wage hikes to get Americans to do the work of immigrants that have been deported are inflationary. The only way to fight inflation then is the Fed to hike rates. Wouldn’t be surprised if we see the rate spike to 10% or more in that environment.

Social housing - I'll scream it until I'm blue. Developed economies need to see housing as an investment in the workforce and not as an asset to be profited off. By all means you should be able to buy your social home after so many years, but we're at a point where people's lives are on hold 🧵

We are sitting on a gilded age bubble. It will pop. People will die. Retirements will be lost. Trump wants to keep pushing to pop the bubble. Democrats want to slowly let the air out. Both will get us to the same place. One slowly and smoothly. The other like a train wreck. The people chose train

What is the new normal? Not enough housing? Idk build more. Or maybe we have enough. So limit investment/vacation homes. I live on the island of kauai. The likes of Zuckerberg and Jack I've seen a time or 2. Our housing is extremely limited but it's the land of the richest second home

Hopefully my new job and four-year plan to sell/buy will work out well with the markets improving as a result of the (please Lord) American people waking up to Republican/MAGAtard fuckery and voting good, kind people into the House, Senate and White House... and governorships.

You want censorship? Remove all free media? What ever happened to America=The land of the free? If you can't stand the news maybe you should stay away from the internet instead of crying after your baby dada all the time?
