It flowed to an area that may be flooded with the rain this week. The stupid ignored the Fresno-Tulare basin was a huge lake many years ago and it is prone to floods with excess water. This location is about 3-4 hours by car from the LA fires, with mountain ranges or a big desert in the middle.

Trump probably did this on purpose so that there would be no water in the summer when CA needs it most. Releasing water during the fucking RAINY SEASON does nothing. Report on that, you weenies.
