Late night talk shows have been struggling for years now. Advertising revenues are around 1/2 from a decade ago. Seth Meyers cut his live band last year and Jimmy Fallon went from 5 nights a week to 4 a few months back because of budget cuts.

The goal of this boycott is not to pursue the fool’s errand of convincing Trump not to continue extorting companies. Rather, it is to make companies that capitulate to Trump pay a heavy price for the bad choices that they are making that are undermining our democracy. Please make better choices.
