Stop blaming Schumer. He is a leader, not a dictator, like those in lock step for Trump. All of those who voted to end the shutdown had nothing to lose and played right into the ultra MAGA hands because Trump was starving their people. Unlike senators like Justice, Capito, Cruz, Grassley,etc.

This is a disingenuous headline. You know, CNN, that the leader has so much more than a lone vote. He either organized/approved the vote or he has lost control of his caucus. That’s why he’s being “pummeled.” We cannot stand the manipulation and we cannot stand the capitulation. Schumer must go.

The top twenty percent are doing well while the middle class struggles due to a "K-shaped" economic recovery and decades of rising income and wealth inequality driven by wage stagnation for most workers,the shift of income from labor to capital,and policy changes that favor the wealthy.

His no vote was simply about plausible deniability. It was his job to work the caucus and he either did not do it or is hiding his actual efforts. He needs to go. NOW.

If you're feeling betrayed this morning, it's because you've been betrayed. Eight "safe" Democratic Senators provided political cover for the other 37 Democratic Senators like Schumer in the vote to appease Trump again.

He voted no because he had other Democrats do the dirty work for him.
