It was 90 mins when I called in Jan. The system asked if I want a call back. They called 3 hrs later to make appointment since the walk-in is no longer available. Still had to wait for one hour in the waiting room. It’s horrible.

Last year I was able to do a walk-in in Seattle. I had to be there by 7:30 to get in line for the 9:00 opening. There are no benches and no overhang to protect us from the rain. Elderly and disabled people waiting an hour and a half with no benches and no shelter.

I can explain this if you wish for me to.

Part of the reason the calls to reps on this issue worked was because of who the callers were: older people. That demographic tends to be middle to upper class who actively vote. These are who the politicians listen to.
