The proposal that makes the most sense is to randomly assign a judge from each fed district to sit on the Sup Court for a year or two and then rinse & repeat. Makes it much more difficult to buy the court & less politicized

I would have to re-read the case to be sure but I don’t recall that the issue of nationwide injunctions was even raised in the student debt case. As I recall, it was decided on the merits, not procedural issues.

The Roberts Court is corrupt and has been for some time now. This is a prelude to more damage they are planning...

Maybe we need a Grand Supreme Court made up of equal left and right Judges over this Supreme Court to appeal their criminal rulings. I know this would never happen.

My question is, who can officially call out the Supreme Court on this? Can the ACLU sue? I am of the belief that it still won't matter to this regime. They'll continue to railroad any rulings, but at least we should shine a light on it. ASAP. Also, I think civil war is coming...
