This is bullshit. Not only do ICE bounty hunters refuse to identify themselves, they won’t say where they’re taking the people they’re kidnapping. Deliberately shuffling detainees from facility to facility so families can’t find them & they miss their chance at legal counsel. (Anaheim, CA)

From that link: Legality of the Arrest: Was the bounty hunter acting lawfully? Did they have a valid warrant & proper identification? Were they properly licensed, if required by the state? Obviously lack of identification is key here, & many ice agents have had the wrong kind of warrants, if any.

True, but not so in the US. English law has evolved around case law rather than a written constitution. The US constitution is very much still based on the principles in the Magna Carter. Though Trump has already eroded the principle that all men are equal under law.

That’s bad legal advice because if you assault a federal agent in the commission of their job, that’s a criminal charge. No lawyer would advise that their client fight with police. People, who are here illegally, who follow the advice to resist arrest aren’t doing them any favors.
