@bsky.app the reason it's bad is that the information density has gotten somehow both less attractive to look at and much harder to parse, by the way. i'm fine with changes when they're good. this isn't. at a glance everything being more spread and harder to look at is a nightmare. icons too big.

As a game developer who likes stylish games? I hate it and it fucking sucks As someone who's actively studying UI/UX? It's the standard because it's readable and people know how to use it already. Things become set in place for a reason

yeah, on the current version it's easy to tell the difference between a like, a reply, repost etc. on this beta one they all look like replies because of the avatars being right next to the notif
