Chad Bianco overstepped his authority as an elected lawman when he chose to confiscate hundreds of thousands of voting papers without legal justification, proving that he values political performance over respecting established state law and public trust.

This ruling demonstrates that local law enforcement officers are not above the law, and Chad Bianco waste of public resources on unfounded election claims sets a dangerous precedent for misuse of official power in pursuit of partisan goals.
