We suck as a country, so few with spines or basic morals. These people should have been in prison already and looking at another 20 years minimum. It’s just fucking evil and completely of the charts insane that nothing was done by so many in charge.

At a powerful university, a fraternity pushes drugs on a visitor. The 20 year old woman goes to Campus Police to file her complaint. And the local DA’s office says she stated to police the sex was consensual But the DA never bothered to interview her? That last part makes no sense.

After reading about it, I understand why he didn't originally prosecute. He's would have lost. She's apparently completely changed her story of events for the civil suit, but I'm sure her original statements are going to be used against her.

It should be automatic that no one under the age of 18, no one who is feeble minded, and no one who is intoxicated can consent. How anyone can think otherwise is insane.

Who is we? I’m so angry that I spontaneously cried three times today it feels hopeless and that’s the goal - I understand that but it takes so much energy to hold back the rage. Yet I do. How could so many people (men) get that message and not call 911 or try to stop it?

Our anger is spread out over to many different things, to many outrageous things, to many privileged people doing outrageous things.
