The good news is that we are winning in court. The bad news is that we have to win every case. Trump only needs to subvert one election to break democracy.

The Founding Fathers are rolling in their graves with these lies in service of an unconstitutional war that Congressional Republicans have let happen by abdicating their Article I powers.

TRUMP: “We didn’t start the war with Iran." LIAR! You illegally started the war on February 28 by assassinating Iran's Supreme Leader without Congressional approval. You even gave it a name: Operation Epic Fury. You said it would take 4–6 weeks. It’s been 8 months.

Giving courts arbitrary deadlines to respond to your motions or you will deem them denied was, perhaps, not the smartest game to play.

Yes. (Sorry, I originally wrote 10p ET, then "fixed" it — but only halfway.) And, now, that deadline has passed with no filing. I also have received no notice of any Supreme Court filing. So, it appears we are back where we started: Judge Carter has set a TRO hearing for Tuesday.

But for those doing the horse race “gap closing!” nonsense, please remember you‘re a big reason why “voter fraud!” claims stick, and know that state GOP have changed counting rules for mail-in votes to explicitly capitalize on your terrible coverage. They’ve used you. And you keep doing it.
