The chain of progressive voters arguing with each other below my comment LITERALLY explains why there are at least 5 progressive parties. Its a visual demonstration. For whatever reason the right are better at unifying.

The right has fractured further, too. You have the Lowe "Restore Britain" lot eating into Farage's right flank even while he and the Tories try to consume each other.

Fair point Tim. Oddly Musk's forthcoming support for them due to his hatred of Reform (for being too liberal!) might help progressive causes inadvertently.

I was thinking that the Tories and Labour were both dying but perhaps with Sir Queer Harmer actively killing his own party they'll die first. The cries of 'everyone must vote Labour' is the death rattle.

The problem is that if that poll is UK-wide, it'll be higher than 25% in England as RefUK's ideology doesn't wash in Scotland and Wales, and as history has taught us, a party only needs to win England in order to win power.

It still shocks me how many people vote against their own interests. I work in the NHS, in 2010 I warned colleagues who said they were voting for a pay and pension cut. In fact even I underestimated how bad things would get.
