Yes, let's talk about Texas. There are very few large cities for such a large place. Imagine having to drive 4 hours to get to a hospital. Or more, after this bill. If your loved one is having a heart attack, that's the kiss of death. Our bleeding out from a tractor accident? This will kill people.
