Trump declares war on cities “We must expand efforts to detain & deport Illegal Aliens in America’s largest Cities, such as LA, Chicago, & NY, where Millions of Illegal Aliens reside. These, & other Cities, are core of the Dem Power Center, where they use Illegal Aliens to expand their Voter Base”

FFS, non-citizens can't vote in national elections.

they are saying because non-citizens are still counted for the allocation for the House of Representatives......more undocumented people living in an area, the more Reps can be elected for a seat.

European asking: how can undocumented people be counted for allocating seats? This sounds unhinged.

We have the Senate - which has 2 reps for each state. And we have the House - which allocates reps based on population. Population is the number of people actually living in that state, regardless of legal status. Higher population = more reps in the House.

I meant specifically 'undocumented'. If they don't have a legally acknowledged status, they cannot be counted.
