My wife is up at UW/Harborview and word came down last week about the pending cuts. She's going to lose FTE units, and might lose her position at the adult day health facility up in Everett, and we're hoping that it doesn't close completely.

I suspect the cuts are going to affect most families. Tariffs = long haul and local truckers are out of work, so are the stores they deliver to, the coffee shops they patronized. Ripple effects everywhere. MAGAts will sustain the fantasy, whatever right-wing talking points they're provided.
