No, according to Eliot climate change HAS passed +1.5c, and is on the way to pass +2c around 2034-37. According to yourself and James Hansen at least +3.5c is "in the pipeline". And an increasing consensus is +3c is likely around 2050. +1.5c seems irrelevant really
