on thursday at 2pm pacific am doing attempt #2 at making homer's nacho hat. it worked out well last time except i couldnt get it off the cake pan and i feel like i got close enough that i just had to try again... i mean look at it

this time i have: pam cooking spray, a 12 inch tortilla press so i can roll the biggest possible piece of thin tortilla to serve as the main chamber(?) of the hat, and the knowledge that the pasta roller attachment of my kitchenaid is my friend
