Wait. They all shake hands at the end? What are we even doing here? He's the US President suing you for $20 billion for reporting on the birthday card he sent his friend the pedophile in which he drew a naked girl & mused about secrets. And they all shake hands?

Remarkable camera angle of President Trump as he listens to Wall Street Journal reporters receiving an award for their investigation into Trump’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein — which they pursued despite Trump’s threats and lawsuit.

I couldn’t understand that either. I appreciate that that you called it out. The culture of journalism has some work to do, starting with introspection and ending with holding each other accountable.

Truly disgusting to see news reporters shaking hands with & saying "thank you" to a FELON/Adjudicated RAPIST/Thieving Mobster/War Criminal/Child Killer,. It's obscene & a betrayal of journalism. Would they shake Hitler's hand, smile & say "thank you" after exposing his evil & inhumane atrocities?

We're here right now in this moment - in an ILLEGAL War, Mobster Trump/his family/friends robbing Americans blind, hundreds of thousand of people starving to death, Americans paying highest food/gas/health care prices - because 🤡media🤡 ALWAYS treated Trump as entertainment. bsky.app/profile/donn...

All Americans should take note of who these "journalists," like @nbcnews.com Garrett Haake, are & that they openly laughed/cheered Mobster Trump saying he plans a 3rd term. 🤡White House Correspondents' Association🤡 fools don't take Trump's threat to democracy seriously. It's entertainment to them.

It was a narcissist 1 - 2 combo punch using surprise moves to catch victims off guard: 1. Stand up and offer a hand thereby daring public refusal. 2. Dominate/demean by issuing a covert demand cloaked in a smile and pseudo-friendly gesture. I wonder if they're in cringe mental replay mode.

I find this response also somewhat baffling. The two things are not mutually exclusive. And I don't think it's me being in a bubble to call out what seemed wholly inappropriate in that one moment.

I'd turned it on briefly and rage shut the stream off after I realized nobody was going to just refuse the handshake and walk away. The literal bare minimum should be not shaking hands with the asshole chortling about how funny it is he uses lawsuits to try to suppress reporting he doesn't like.

Social insecurities of media elite that predators like billionaires and even Epstein knew to target Dinner parties keep getting credibly reported as very influential to decisions of NYT editors, Supreme Court justices, Ivies Group chats of them with Rufo, Hanania, Ben Shapiro, Andreesen, Lonsdale:

"If you weren't in the business you'd think everyone arriving at conclusions independently [they're] not small group who talk to each other between politics and journalism and industries" Leaks of billionaires, their mediocre elite media editors, white men angry at woke MeToo, far-right extremists:

They had a lot to talk about on MSNBC last night, the heavy irony of it all. It was even a little spat between a professor and a famous reporter. What IS the acceptable amount of ass kissing?
