Same, and you don't get there by defending the rules that prohibit density, you don't get there by condemning developers broadly.

Supply side trickle down economics rebranded as abundance is not progressive. I didn’t say I’m against density. Also “connie says no and Weiner says yes” is so childish. Says yes to what? He says yes to $$ from AI, tech, Aipac, and big real estate. Connie says no. That’s what we need in Congress.
