Real journalists have a credibility problem. Largely due to the politicisation of media through global entities like Newscorp and X. Newscorp employs broadcasters and presenters rather than journalists. They manufacture falsehoods to serve base interests politically and financially. Well done, EU.

Would it be seen as a conflict of interest regardless of morality? Musk has a seat at the table (regardless of whether he is officially deputized). Posting on the platform is clearly not right for anyone doing business with the US. That would be a conflict of interest.

The porn is insane. The last time I was on it a couple of weeks ago to delete my account, every fourth or fifth post was someone I didn’t follow with their schlong out 😭 idk what is up with the algorithm over there but it had gotten crazy out of hand

This is just one organization. It does not mean that it will prevent all journalists members from posting on X. It does sound good if they did, but... freedom of speech. They won't ban anyone for posting on X
