After my last visit to the local ER, the physician notes in MyChart stated that "patient was informed of AI use for these notes," or words to that effect. No, I was not informed.

Ah, here it is: "Today's visit was securely recorded for purposes of note generation via artifical intelligence (AI). Verbal consent was obtained from the patient or parent/guardian." Verbal consent was not obtained. No one brought it up.
