I think Cleggy has a point here. Perhaps not a “permission” but the right to a standard *Lifetime Commission Fee* would be appropriate and morally correct! Key’s prompt utilized! If no reference direct or indirectly made to the artist then any AI works or creations must be deemed ‘Null and Void’!
