I’ve been saying all along that without jus soli citizenship NONE of us can prove we’re citizens. Countries that don’t have jus soli citizenship usually have extensive registration systems that we lack. Without jus soli, our citizenship is writ on water.

I don't think it is a today concern, but it can't be ignored either. Remember trump could easily replace three more judges and getting to the number required to remove a supreme court justice is really hard, though we need to try.

My husband is a citizen since 2007 but is from El Salvador & it's a very real worry to me. SCOTUS has greenlit several plainly unconstitutional actions by the 🍊 💩 🤴 so it's not at all clear to me they'd balk at him "denaturalizing" people.
