TEA: Apparently, Joe DiGenova told Josh Christenson of the New York Post "If you want indictments where there's no evidence, you have an ethical problem."

A brief and fleeting moment of clarity for one of the cultists... Or perhaps he didn't want to be disbarred if he continued down that path.

Given that it was diGenova, I would venture to guess it was something more along the lines of "If you still want indictments when I'm not able to manufacture evidence, you'll cause me an ethical problem."

When MAGA must walk on eggshells and can’t even acknowledge words they said on live tape as being what was reported, but not what they meant, because the big Felon, tax fraudster, sex offender in chief has a problem with your honesty or ethics…your MAGA legacy lives on

And a Legal Problem..? Isn't it vindicative prosecution to indict without evidence..? . Can the lawyers involved in vindicative prosecutions be held responsible for payments to victims of their vindicative indictments..?

You have a new link between Epstein and 9/11 in your tips folder. You will notice the tip drags in no populist sweeteners such as "Tom Hanks." It's all just boring facts that nobody ever investigated

Is that indictment on Mamdani and 9/11? If so remind them of all the Republican leadershit when that happened. Present it at Four Seasons Landscaping

I'm getting some serious "My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious." vibes here. Oh and why TF is he surprised that's why he was hired? 😂

Right?! He especially struck me as one of those over-the-top cartoon lawyers who never concern themselves with ethics. 😹

That problem rests on the person desiring the indictment, not on those who you want to indict! republicans have abandoned the time honored 'stated' position, that all men are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law! Except, of course the wealthy and the republicans, they are always innocent!

If diGenova one of Trump’s legal hit men can’t get indictments in friggin Aileen Cannon’s court room then this thing’s over. Not that he had evidence anyway. Now he knows. It won’t stop him from lying and won’t stop them from trying but he knows he’s got nothing and they’ve got nothing

It’s one thing to be a groveling, no self esteem, cowardly sycophant. It’s another to be an out of work, felony convict, disbarred, absolutely no ethics moron. Even Republican operatives have standards, and to borrow from Bette Midler, they’re low, but they do have them.

I'd not be surprised to find out that the full quote is "If you want indictments where there's no evidence, you have an ethical problem. I don't."
