They can read polls too. Georgia was about to become too blue, and black, for them to allow the state’s electoral weight to matter. It’s election by suppressing the opposition instead of the traditional, get elected by increasing / motivating your own supporters.

DOJ has no jurisdiction over GA state election equipment. GA law determines their election law, including what machines can be used. Not a federal issue.
