The trump admin is doing everything in their power to erase history. They only want the history under trump to matter, and it has to be perfect. They don't care about anything or anyone. Acknowledging gun violence and all the people killed would mean agreeing that guns shouldn't be owned by everyone.
There is a fantastic art installation on this topic that just opened at MOCAD in Detroit. mocadetroit.org
youtu.be/vEGVSvL6yQU Many of us have had to deconstruct our worldviews and start again, looking at the world through a more critical lens. How can Western politicians and MSM remain uncritical allies of a regime that is eradicating a people from its land through systematic violence?
T***p and his legal counsel scored a trifecta this weekend; tariffs on foreign movies, reopening and expanding Alcatraz prison and disappearing of gun violence victims. It’s impossible to connect all the dots anymore and mind numbing to even try to make sense of any of his bonkers ideas. He’s crazy.
If the top 10 Democratic-run U.S. cities with the highest murder rates are excluded, the U.S. murder rate drops from approximately 5.5 per 100,000 to about 4.8 per 100,000. This would improve the U.S. ranking from roughly 73rd to approximately 80th–90th among 193 countries. grok.com/share/bGVnYW...
