It has always been my feeling that we need to get Republicans out of power first, & then (after we celebrate) we can devote our attention to "renovating" the Democratic party. There are some exceptions to that, though. Bad apples.

Democrats that can be considered establishment candidates should all be voted out. They are nothing but large donor receptacles that are ineffective in their positions and don't truly represent their constituents anymore. Don't just go by my word, read the donor rolls yourself.

They need to provide a clear message with real facts. Explain that those pathetic politicians delayed many of the cuts until after the midterms. Those cuts will be very painful. And, clearly explain to voters how Republicans thinks they can easily be fooled. Vote them all out!

Dems needs to practice being short and sweet on their messaging. GOP policies are killing Americans. ICE is assaulting citizens, you could be next. Your children will be paying off Billionaires tax cuts.

Actually I disagree; there was a lot of focus on the consequences well before the SCOTUS ruling. We should have clarified and cemented reproductive rights in an amendment. Roe carried too much weight with insufficient strength. I still don't hear anyone talking about how to address this.
